About Us

Mark has a degree from Leiden University and was sworn as a surveyor and broker by the Court of Justice in Middelburg in 1987. In 1991 He started his first company, which is called Faasse & Fermont nowadays. In 2008 he sold his remainig stock in this company and from then on he worked without personel.

In 2007 he came to Liguria for the first time, on a holiday. He was surprised by the beautiful surroundings, the mountains which are snowcapped in spring and the nearby beaches of the Mediterranean Sea. He fell in love with the authentic small towns and villages, founded in the Middle Ages. The lessons he learnt when buying a house in Italy he wants to bring in practise by advising and consulting people who want to obtain property in the province of Imperia.
